Cross-agency coordination without building your own radio network. In a disaster, joint talkgroups are ready in minutes.
- Cross-agency patching
- Command broadcasts
FieldWare turns Android phones into full two-way radios: talkgroups, priority broadcast, cross-group patching, and live monitoring from a browser. No towers to build, no timeslots to wait for, no frequency licence.
Trunked systems such as P25 and DMR are dependable, but every extra kilometre of coverage and every extra channel means new towers, repeaters, and licences. FieldWare runs on networks that already exist.
| Aspect | Conventional trunked radio | FieldWare |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | Limited to the sites you build. City-to-city needs extra site interconnects. | Anywhere with 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, private LTE, or satellite. Teams in different provinces share one talkgroup. |
| Talk capacity | Limited by channels and timeslots per site. When they are full, calls queue or fail. | No timeslots. Every talkgroup can be active at once; add servers to add capacity. |
| Infrastructure | Towers, repeaters, controllers, backup power, and maintenance at every site. | One server in the cloud or in your own server room, on carrier networks you already use. |
| Spectrum | Requires frequency allocation and a radio station licence. | Uses no radio spectrum of its own. |
| Devices | Dedicated handhelds and mobiles, programmed one by one. | Android phones you already own, or rugged phones. Configured from the dashboard. |
| Adding users | Buy radios, program them, check site capacity. | Create an account in the dashboard; the officer logs in and can talk. |
| Monitoring | Needs a dispatcher console and extra licences. | Browser dashboard: who is talking, where, for how long, plus patch and broadcast. |
When do you still need conventional radio? In areas with no cellular or IP network at all, and for direct handset-to-handset talk without infrastructure. At such sites FieldWare can run on private LTE, Wi-Fi mesh, or satellite, or sit alongside your existing radios.
Create fleets, talkgroups, and zones in the dashboard. Decide who may talk and who only listens.
Enter the server address and agency code once, then log in. Talkgroups appear according to their rights.
One big red button; switch talkgroups with prev and next. Keeps working on the lock screen, like a music player.
Heavy-equipment operators in the pit, security at the gate, and managers at head office talk on the same channel over the private LTE or site Wi-Fi you already run.
Talkgroups, priority, and dispatch like trunked radio, managed from a browser.
Commanders or dispatchers broadcast to many talkgroups at once. Ongoing talk is held, officers' screens turn amber, and the message is heard.
Join two groups for a joint operation, then split them again with one click.
Talkgroup tiles light up when someone talks: speaker name and duration, without having to listen in.
Each member can talk or listen only. Announcement talkgroups are reserved for authorised staff.
Music-player style controls on the lock screen. A Bluetooth earpiece button becomes your PTT key.
Moving from Wi-Fi to cellular? The app returns to the last talkgroup right away.
Who is most active, which talkgroups are busiest, and when traffic peaks.
Each agency gets its own login, voice server, name, and colours. Built for providers serving many clients.
Active talkgroup, current speaker, and signal quality on your wrist, starting with Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro and Wear OS.

Pit, plant, jetty, head office
Runs on private LTE or site Wi-Fi. Supervisors at head office monitor without a radio.
Estates, malls, airports, ports
Posts and patrol teams connect to the control room. New guards just need an account.
Trucks, buses, couriers, warehouses
Long-haul drivers stay on one channel with no repeaters along the route.
Ambulances, ER, emergency services
Coordinate ambulances and referral hospitals regardless of distance.
Events, construction, plantations
Add hundreds of users for one event, then deactivate them afterwards.
Every agency gets its own voice server and login realm. Data can live in an Indonesian cloud or on your own servers.
All audio and control signalling from phone to server travels inside a TLS connection.
The app joins the voice server with a one-time ticket that expires in 5 minutes. Officers' passwords are never stored on the phone.
Officers can only join talkgroups assigned by the admin. Attempts to join other groups are refused by the server.
Runs on Docker or Kubernetes and can be installed in your own server room with no third party involved.
Lost phone or reassigned officer? Disable the account in the dashboard; no further tickets are issued.
Who talked, on which talkgroup, when, and for how long is recorded for after-action review.
No towers, repeaters, or radio hardware to buy. Starter and Professional include a free 14-day trial.
PoC is walkie-talkie style communication over cellular data or Wi-Fi. You press, talk, and everyone in the talkgroup hears you instantly, with no site-to-site distance limit.
Audio is Opus-encoded at about 24 kbps, roughly 11 MB per hour of active talk. While idle, the app sends only a small keep-alive every 10 seconds.
Yes, as long as the site has an IP network: private LTE, Wi-Fi mesh, or satellite. Where there is no network at all, conventional radio is still needed.
Android 10 and newer. For harsh environments, use rugged phones with a Bluetooth earpiece. An iOS version is not available yet.
Yes. The platform runs on Docker or Kubernetes, so voice, accounts, and statistics stay inside your network.
The app reconnects automatically and returns to the last talkgroup. Switching from Wi-Fi to cellular is detected immediately.
We set up a trial agency with talkgroups that mirror your organisation, then your team tries it on their own phones.
